At Singapore's premier pet tech fashion boutique, we want your furry friend to look their best. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all pet tech apparel and accessories are in original condition with tags attached, then pack them securely in the original shipping box.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Choose between dropping your parcel at any authorized Singapore Post location or scheduling a home courier pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned tech-fashion items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
