What is the typical delivery time within Singapore?
As a Singapore-based store, we offer local courier delivery within 2 to 4 business days. Express same-day delivery is also available for orders placed before 11:00 AM.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day exchange policy for unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or show signs of pet hair cannot be returned.
